Worst apartments ever

June 2, 2025I’ve been here 1 year, 7 months. Happy to call home. The office staff has been a pleasure to work with. Forest( my four legged baby) and I feel welcome. Any issues that have been brought to their attention has been treated with genuine care and attention to solving the issue. Nice, clean, and modern
March 20, 2025I have been here since there were only a couple of buildings built, and have had a great experience. Staff is always helpful, responsive, and pleasant! I've been here through a couple staffing changes, but all teams have been wonderful. I've never had to wait more than 1 full day for my minor maintenance requests to be fulfilled. Pool, gym, and clubhouse are all nice. The office staff always has an event going on. Being so close to HEB is fantastic! Never had an issue with packages going ...missing. Smart Home aspects of each apartment are so convenient and storage is great (Just wish there was a pantry!) There are very minor issues with the occasional stomp upstairs, barking dogs, and the occasional difficult parking, but you will find that at any complex. In 18 months, I have never heard my neighbors through the walls though!Property Manager Responded
