I absolutely have enjoyed my experience so far at Birchway of Hudson Oaks. Everyone that I’ve met has been really super nice. It is very quiet area very convenient to the grocery store and anything that has happened that I’ve need maintenance on in my apartment. They respond immediately. The grounds are usually very well kept clean. Office staff is amazing and always ready to help with anything you need. I love living here.

The best part about the complex is being close to the grocery store. It’s a lot of young people or older people. The whole time I have lived here I notice people just mind to themselves. For the most part it’s a very quiet neighborhood. I love the deer. But other than that it is a normal complex who doesn’t put up the effort for all the weed smoking and residents who do not pick up after their animals. I been to a couple events which were nice. Pool area is nice just lots of people drinking ...

I would under no circumstances recommend for someone to move to this property, unless they love to live somewhere where rules are completely disregarded and management doesn't bother to enforce them.

When I came here, the application was very simple and easy. I had looked at other places and they wanted at least 10 pages with 1 million questions it seemed like. I felt right at home from the beginning. It’s my home now and I plan on staying.

Birchway is conveniently located and the faciltiy is well maintained. Very nice pool and outdoor grill available. Gym also well maintained.
