It would be unfair of me to say that the entire complex is terrible. The apts themselves our nice the pool and gym are also very nice. Although some of the equipment does not work and the smith machine seems to keep moving. Other than that the management will not do anything or even act like they would help over stolen packages that are being placed within the confines of our complex. Inside of our Amazon package room. Great place to stay. The train may be an issue for a light sleeper. The gym was very adequate. In spire of high turnover, the team was very polite and professional.

Birchway rivergate is a bright place to live the area is clean and decorated nicely. The residents are quiet and kind, so are the staff. Rules are heavily enforced providing safety and excellent living conditions.

I only moved in a month ago, but I am loving Birchway Rivergate! The staff are so nice and were easy to work with, along with patient. I appreciated them throughout the paperwork process. For the community - there are great amenities, the property is kept up nicely, good location, and the apartments are in high quality shape. Great place to live overall! Amazing quality for the price.

It is a fantastic community to live in. Having lived here for almost a year now, I would definitely recommend it to everyone. It is way better than most of the communities around. I am not sure why people are not considering this community. Everything that you need is close by. All the staff are exceptional and very respectful.
