Everything has been easy to set up as far as mail, internet, bills, etc. The grounds and amenities are kept very clean and management is very attentive, helpful, and quick to address any issues you may have. Maintenance is also very quick as far as turn around time and thoroughly explains any repairs. The apartments are brand new so minor adjustments may need to be made due to the buildings still settling such as door hinges/latches but other ...than that, my apartment is immaculate. The community is very quiet for the most part, aside from the train that runs behind my building. That eventually just became normal house noise and you get used to it. They took the time to answer all my questions and made the entire experience feel personal and pressure-free.
