May 25, 2026The first thing that helped me decide on Birchway Sherman, was that it was managed by Greystar Properties. I lived in another apartment complex managed by Greystar and enjoyed it. Birchway has a friendly environment with some type of activity promoted by the apartment management monthly for the community. I love how quiet the complex is, people are polite and respectful of other people. The complex is a little out of the way which helps with not having outside noise, but having the shopping ...center across from us is a plus. You have access to the major stores and restaurant's just minutes away. Another thing I like about Greystar Properties, is the maintenance. At Birchway, they are quick, respectful, and professional.
