March 23, 2026I applied online just messing around and found this Apartment I put my basic info and I got a call back mins later inviting me to do a tour and I was like oh I can go for it and she spoke good things and moving in so easy, good cost I’m like boy they gonna give me the run around..: but it wasn’t like that at all . I applied did application fee$35 drs got approved,sign documents on my phone , signed up electric company, everything was so fast and a week I moved in sorry tour got me yall amazing ...place all o needed and wanted in a big spacious one bedroom, nice garden tub, crazy closet space, beautiful in the whole place, full size washer and dryer .. November 10, 2025Good place to live if you don’t have kids. Security is an issue but amenities are great. Maintenance is prompt. No bugs in/on the property in my experience. It is new, planned with ultra modern equipments, and their amenities are excellent. Birchway has a serene environment safe and clean for children and family living. The staff are amazing especially the front desk, Aileen and Latoya. They’re a part of why I chose Birchway Cypress Apartment, they’re very professional and welcoming.
