May 25, 2025My partner and I just moved in yesterday and so far Birchwood has been spectacular! The members of management are all extremely friendly and accommodating, the facility is updated and of the highest quality, and the community is beautiful. There were some issues with our unit that we noticed while touring, but they were able to resolve everything that we found. Since moving in we also noticed a problem with the dryer being broken, but the resident portal made it very easy to submit a work order ...to maintenance. I highly recommend this apartment complex for anyone looking for a home of high value and quality.Property Manager Responded
