Glad I Moved Out
June 30, 2024Birchwood Landings at Casselberry have a no harassment clause in the lease but is not able to enforce it a good against an upstairs neighbor that banged on my ceiling and his walls periodically through out the night for approximately 4 months. He denied doing it and since I had no proof, Birchwood Landings Management could not stop his harassment. I had to break my lease and move.Review from Apartments.com

August 19, 2022Son economicos y se ven limpios. Las dos chicas en la oficina fueron muy amables. Hasta la chica que no habla espanol trato de ayudarme en lo que la otra chica entro de afuera. Los precios estan buenos y el lugar se vea muy limpio. La piscina muy grande y azualita. Los edificos tambien limpios. February 20, 2018So I moved in about a year ago, and I have to say, Birchwood is quiet, clean and taken care of. Anytime I have called to have something fixed or just to mention, the staff is on top of it and there is no hesitation. August 14, 2015Birchwood Landings is quite neighborhood, it's mainly a hispanic community most of the neighbors are very friendly and kind. I will warn you that the apartments are roach infested and continue to get worse. You do have 4 days after rent due to pay before a late fee is added,( If you contact office and let them know that you will be late they will still add a late fee, so pay on time lol.)
