Living here is like living in a prison. There are a million rules and the management office will charge you so many fees for all kinds of nonsense. Example. You can only get into the building or your apt with a phone app. If you phone is out of commission, the management office will charge you $100 to let you into your own apt. The cell phone service is horrible in these building, which is ironic, since you need good cell service to enter the building. The neighbors complain about noise ...
constantly to the point where if you have friends over on the weekends, and they are talking after 10pm on a saturday night, the neighbors who go to bed at 9pm will submit complaints to the front office. There is a very high turnover in these apartments, and there is a good reason for it. You will pay a lot, and get a very cheap product, and the office will threaten you with legal action if you have some outstanding fees on your account that were slapped on without your knowledge.
Stay away from this prison if you value your health and state of mind!
