RODENTS Here !!!Everywhere..Not becoz you cook (I didnt use my kitchen and no leftovers)
September 22, 2022I wish I could give Negative ratings apart from Noise and other things as said in reviews. I had big Issue RODENTS when I lived here. I stayed with them and found it was coming from the furnace(outer world to my living space). I became sick and friend of mine who visited my place got sick in this COVID situation. I didn't know it was rodent droppings and stayed till they started to roam with me. It almost damaged all my belongings (couch , electronics etc).One part I haven't used my kitchen the ...time I lived there so I had less damage in that area. Most Terrible Place I've Ever Lived
September 20, 2021***Paper-thin walls with zero sound isolation*** Yes, you can hear your neighbor snoring every night just like described in other comments. You’ll enjoy your neighbors party noise and shouts during the day, and heavy foot steps at night. ***Chaotic management that extract every penny possible*** They charge you late fees even when you pay on time. You never know how much balance you have in your account unless you email them every single month. Moving out? Nice, your deposit is all gone to pay ...for random things coming with fake receipts. ***Terrible neighborhood with harassing behavior*** And the best part is that, because your neighbor lives here for a longer time, their behavior is tolerated by the management with some mysterious double-standard. Please don't rent this place
August 27, 2020I had a one year lease at this place and the apartment service was so terrible. After I moved out, they charged me 600+ bucks for a bunch of random stuff. They will charge you 150 bucks for "painting damage" if you only live there for one year regardless of the condition. Absolutely ridiculous. stay away for your health
December 17, 2019When they renovated the downstairs unit, there had been a strong strange chemical smell in our upstairs unit. We could not stay inside. The person working downstairs was wearing a mask, and did not understand English. When we went to management Oscar ignored and kept saying that again they do those type of repairs all the time, as if that was a valid excuse. Maintenance person Marlon said chemical can not go upstairs but he came and verified later. We spent the day out, waiting it to fade away. ...The opened the windows downstairs. Oscar was inappropriate. They made us suffer and tried to convince us that this breathing this unhealthy smelly chemical was fine. My wife was about to faint and we were very close to call emergency. Stay away from this place. They value nothing, even not your own health and life.Property Manager Responded

They say 24/7 but Its 0 Maintenance
October 10, 2017We don't feel whether we r inside or outside of our apartment during winter complete cool air will be circulated from ground(they provide underground ventilation for ground floor apartment) and I have huge space between front door and floor so I use heater most of the time. Maintenance they never show up if I send email or call or landing up in the leasing office.You need to literally go and beg in the leasing office(whenever possible till it gets fixed) because no online request for that as of ...now.Its your luck if you get chance to tell things to Mahreen because she is the one who can make things work. But mostly I 'm unlucky.I have sink leaking issue and its been like more than a month they did that leak part fix with in week..(thats cool ahh!)most you can expect from them .till date they didn't fix my floor (So what!!)because without that I cannot lock my bathroom door.Things get worse if we have friends invited home and they cannot lock the door.Property Manager Responded

July 2, 2017All amenities are old. Garbage collector sometimes does not work. Oven is very old, all rusted. Apartment is from 50s. It is very expensive. They increase the rent more than anybody could expected. Prices vary a lot. I have been paying $200 more than my neighbor who moved recently, even though I have been living here 2 years.Review from Apartments.com
