March 16, 2016Not safe. There is always car theft. Always! The cops have yet to do anything about it. My husbands car was just broken into AGAIN last night and the cop literally sat in his car the whole time didn't even look at my husbands car. He told my husband that part of town is bad and this apartment area is a natural target in that area. Mind you, our cars have been broken into at least 10 times. Not including other neighbors. Also, the land lords do ABSOLUTELY NOTHING, it is impossible to get ahold of ...them for a small issue with the apartment let alone our safety. August 31, 2015MY FAMILY AND I CURRENTLY SHARE A TOWNHOUSE, WITH MY BROTHER. I LOVE IT THERE. THE NEIGHBORHOOD IS QUITE AND THE MANAGER IS FRIENDLY. THE ONLY ISSUE I HAVE IS THAT WE HAVE A LOT OF FOOT TRAFFIC BECAUSE WE ARE LOCATED ON THE CORNER. OVERALL, I LOVE MY APARTMENT!Review from Apartments.com
