Nice apartment
January 23, 2021Nice one bedroom apartment. Love the granite counter in kitchen and high ceilings ( I am on first floor so don't know if other levels have high ceilings too ). The facility is kept clean inside and outside. Feel very safe. Neighbors are friendly and everyone is respectful of others. Most have pets including dogs and there are no problems. No hardwood floors, it’s linoleum strips.
May 11, 2019There are no hardwood floors anywhere in the building! The floors in the apartments are linoleum strips that peel up. This has been brought to their attention several times about the false advertising, but apparently they like to mislead their potential residents. I moved sight unseen from states away because of the hardwood floors and my allergies to find no wood floors.Review from Apartments.com
Bad Credit
August 23, 2018Paid the $100.00 fee for credit & background check. Unpaid utility bill showed up. A dispute I had with Verizon from 2008 and will never pay. Application Not Accepted. So much for low income housing. Don't understand how unpaid Verizon bill would make me a bad tenant or unable to pay monthly rent. Told me to pay Verizon bill & they would reconsider..
