October 17, 2024Love the individual casitas with fenced patio and garage. The neighbors for the most part are quiet and respectful. Most of the noise comes from the daily Alamo Ranch Parkway and surrounding construction. The cons are surrounding construction and traffic congestion.Property Manager Responded

October 14, 2024I’ve been living at Birdsong Alamo Ranch for almost a year, and it’s been a fantastic experience so far. The community is well-maintained, and the staff is always friendly and quick to respond to any maintenance requests. The location is perfect, and the amenities are top-notch. The atmosphere is peaceful, making it a great place to come home to after a long day. The only thing I would love to see more of are community events to bring the residents together and create more opportunities for us to ...mingle. June 14, 2024So far everything has been great. Super responsive, quick to remedy any issues I have’ very quiet and the property is very well kept. Fun community activities for adults and kids and breakfast every weekend! What’s not to love!Property Manager Responded
