I applied and paid the 535.00 for application and security deposit which was cashed within hours on the day I applied. I was told I should hear back within a few hours. Honestly I knew that the process would be longer. I was told two days later the application had been processed and was with the Regional manager. Two weeks later imy file still wasn't reviewed. both the landlord signed off on it. I gave 90 days notice, received my full deposit back and paid the required fee the day after I received the bill. I also was upfront about this situation at the time I put in my application.. Management wouldn't speak with me about their decision so I wrote this review to say I had hoped EMG would have been willing to talk with a 69 year old retired.woman so I'd have a proper closure.
