General Maintenance needs

There’s no question that the maintenance department is in constant need in apartment living. They do a good job responding quickly for the most part and are professional. Exterminating practices need to be stepped up & addressed.

Mice, roaches and mice

Wall and ceiling finishes are not done well. Unwanted mice, roaches and ants are a year round problem. Mice run across the living room on a regular basis. Look elsewhere!

Been here for 3 years, different maintenance “management” each year due to complaints, had hole/water damage (leaking) in bedroom ceiling that each time I called they just painted over so by the next time it rained the water damage would continue, finally had people install n the roof fixing the problem the correct way 2 months before I’m scheduled to move Other then maintenance it’s a quiet neighborhood, great location Property does have a mice and roach problem (they inform u about the mice ...
when u lock down your apartment)

Awful

Mice infested, even though they say they need to give you notice before they do work on things they don't, far too expensive for what is actually offered, people don't pick up after their dogs and the complex doesn't enforce it, cars get broken into seemingly regularly, and apparently stabbings happen in the parking lot too which they also say they can't do anything about because they will not put cameras up around the complex!

10/10 would NOT RECOMMEND. Not worth the money !

I currently live at Woodward and I must say it is terrible. There is a mice problem. They claim they are fixing it but nothing gets fixed. The staff is lazy and the maintenance people do not come when they are called and they don’t get anything fixed. They are raising the prices but the quality of the apartments are still trash. It is not worth it, the pool is never open and neither is the gym. You are better off find a better quality apartment for these prices.

Poor customer service

The ladies who work at the office lack customer service. They always seem uninterested and unhappy about their jobs. Their responses are very discouraging. You’ll think for an apartment with this price their customer service will be better. The units are nice but I try to avoid contacting the office by all means necessary.
