This is my 16th year at Bishops View, and I couldn’t be more pleased. Rose, Erica, Steven, and the entire maintenance team demonstrate professionalism beyond reproach. Their service is impeccable, and their responses to requests are always prompt. They consistently go out of their way to ensure all residents enjoy an excellent quality of life.
The community itself is quiet and welcoming. The residents—especially the long-term ones—are exceptionally friendly. It truly feels like a community ...
rather than just an apartment complex. I love having my own door. I also appreciate that improvement projects are ongoing, showing the management’s commitment to keeping the property well maintained. Living across from the park is a bonus and being smoke free is a double bonus.

It’s lovely to live here. I wish the pool was open longer hours and after through the month of September. The gym and sauna are great though!

I’ve enjoyed my time living at Bishops View. I do wish that management would review how many reserved spaces are actually being utilized and which are not. Depending on when you are trying to park you may be driving around searching for an open space longer than you would like. Even with that said, we do enjoy having the pool accessible 7 days a week now and often find ourselves there when we have spare time and the weather is cooperative. The proximity to Cooper River Park is also another great ...
feature of living at Bishops View as I’m often looking for a place to exercise. La Scala’s is an easy walk from the complex too.

Love my townhouse things within the community could be upkept better but very nice people and love being by the cooper river I enjoy the dog park and the pool
