July 29, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comOverall great place to live, staff are great and the other tenants are quite nice. My one continued complaint is the continued broken gates to our gated community. I have been informed that they are in the process of repairing them but they are open more often than they are closed. One of the reasons we chose this location was the safety a gated community offers, Bison Trails fails in this area.

The community is quiet and well-maintained, and the staff is friendly and responsive. Maintenance requests are handled promptly, and the location is convenient to shopping and dining. The apartments are modern with nice finishes, though parking can sometimes be a bit limited. Still, I would definitely recommend Bison Trails to anyone looking for a comfortable place to live in the area.

The people here are very friendly and welcoming. I love the activities that keep people outside like the pool, community areas, and grills. Most importantly the staff here is super friendly and helpful! This is also a wonderful place for families too!
