July 29, 2025Overall great place to live, staff are great and the other tenants are quite nice. My one continued complaint is the continued broken gates to our gated community. I have been informed that they are in the process of repairing them but they are open more often than they are closed. One of the reasons we chose this location was the safety a gated community offers, Bison Trails fails in this area.Review from Apartments.com

July 18, 2025I’ve been living at Bison Trails Apartments for several months now and overall, it’s been a great experience. The community is quiet and well-maintained, and the staff is friendly and responsive. Maintenance requests are handled promptly, and the location is convenient to shopping and dining. The apartments are modern with nice finishes, though parking can sometimes be a bit limited. Still, I would definitely recommend Bison Trails to anyone looking for a comfortable place to live in the area.Review from Apartments.com

July 17, 20255/5 stars--My husband and I previously rented an apartment at Bison Trails and were residents for close to 5 years and only moved because of a requirement with my employment. Recently, we moved back and I'm excited to report the same excellent service! Shantel and her staff always prioritize tenants and are truly understanding and professional. They are always reachable and willing to go above and beyond to ensure you have a safe, clean, comfortable place to live and a smooth move-in transition. ...We feel so lucky be back here and were excited to find some of our previous friends and their fur babies still reside here as well! July 14, 2025I absolutely love it here at bison trails, there’s not bad parking and even if I do need to walk, it’s a beautiful area. The people here are very friendly and welcoming. I love the activities that keep people outside like the pool, community areas, and grills. Most importantly the staff here is super friendly and helpful!
