Requirements and Qualifications: - Verifiable positive and stable employment history. - Verifiable monthly income of 2.5x the amount of rent. - Verifiable positive rental history references. - Criminal background may be cause for denial. - Credit score 650+. - No smoking (includes both tobacco and marijuana) - Move in requirement of first month's rent and a security deposit equal to one month's rent. - Admin fee of $150 due upon lease signing. - Application fee of $60 per adult. - Tenants pay electric and internet Pet Policy: - Maximum of 2 pets (only 1 dog) per unit. - All pets must be over 1 year old & under 35lbs. - Non-Refundable pet fee of $250 per pet due at lease signing. - Pet Rent is $40/mo per cat & $60/mo per dog.

February 27, 2016The apartments are not nice, but we could afford them. Neighbors were convicts, company didn't even clean the apartment before we got the keys and they refused to make any repairs! Never live here or at any other Vanquish AP properties!Review from Apartments.com
