Top notch white glove resident care I am a remote worker and am in meetings most of the day. I truly appreciate and applaud how Jaime respects my work-at-home situation. needed. This level of courtesy is invaluable!!
I also appreciate the thorough and proactive nature of the team. Two examples come to mind. Alan was in my apartment for a repair and noticed my patio blinds were off-kilter. Even though this was not the purpose of the service call, he immediately replaced the blinds!
Recently, a bracket / screw became loose that was fastened to my kitchen counter. Jaime thoroughly inspected the counter / sink area and uncovered another fix that was needed; thus preventing a more serious repair in the future!
If I may - I would also like to take this opportunity to call out the cleaning crew. They meticulously wipe down all banisters. They move the welcome mats and vacuum the floors thoroughly!! I am impressed and very much value their efforts! Thank you
