pretty apartments & nice staff
November 1, 2023I think these apartments are seriously some of the most beautiful ones in nashville. It’s really rare to find a historic apartment that -excuse me for saying this- but look like crap. These are really well kept. Maintenance finished my work orders super fast- and has been really efficient. Office staff is good about answering my questions and they’re actually nice to talk to when I pass by on my way to do laundry. Really love living here!Property Manager Responded

Diamond in the Rough!
November 14, 2022I love the vintage look of Blackstone and how much character there is. I do wish there was more parking, but other than that I truly believe this is a diamond in the rough! What got me was that this was is lowest rent in West End. As we all know the rents are ridiculous now, so it was nice seeing that there are still decently priced apartments. Don't get me started on how HUGE the apartments are too. Unreasonable Lawsuit over broken lease
March 17, 2016Broke a lease 6 months early and 4 years later the Lee apartments are suing me for nearly $4,000!!! I broke the lease because of the mice in the walls and in my apartment. I had made over 5 maintenance requests within the first few months of living there (i.e. pipes leaking). DO NOT LIVE HERE..there were also cockroaches all in the stairwell, which you had to take 75% of the time because the elevator was always broken.Review from Apartments.com
I haven't had heat and AC in 3 weeks
November 13, 2015I currently live in the Blackstone and have not had HVAC working properly in at least 3 weeks. I also was not notified that my water would be turned off in my bathroom and could not shower in the morning. That evening when I came home there was water all over my bathroom floor. Upon speaking with the staff, they are not going to do anything except work on my HVAC (after the weekend) and say they're sorry. Apparently, because there were not any "extreme temperatures" they were not obligated to fix ...my HVAC within THREE WEEKS!! I have lived here for 2 1/2 years and have been a great tenant and I think I deserve a little more respect as I have been more than gracious with this situation.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Charming
July 31, 2015The apartment complex is taking great strides in trying to upgrade these apartments. While living here they updated and replaced the windows. The apartment has a lot of character and charm. The building is close to 100 years old so it's not as energy efficient as a brand new building. If you have an issue with your apartment it's addressed right away and the staff is very friendly.Review from Apartments.com
