We have had non-stop issues with neighbors being loud, blasting music, and being incredibly rude when we confront them over and over. I can’t even sit down in my living room because of the shaking floors and loud music/tv noise that overpowers my own tv. We are coming up to the end of our lease and I have never been more ready to leave this place. The staff are no help, the neighbors are loud and disrespectful, the heat barely works. ...-10/10 recommended.Read More

Newly Renovated and Under New Management
October 18, 2016 - Review from Apartments.comBlackwood Terrace Apartments are being renovated and are under new management. The property manager is on site and when ever I had a problem they have always send maintenance to correct issues ,it's good to know that we can count on them.The new staff are caring and they get things done right .The apartments are completely renovated and I love my kitchen.
