    • Poor upkeep of building AND GROUNDS.

      They are raising the rent (some by $160) a month. They do no maintenance on the building or grounds...Just want money, don't care about the tenants.

      I love Blairs Ferry Senior Apartments from the design of the layout of the apartments and amentities to the residents and Amanda! I moved in when this building opened in April 2017 and I am staying here forever:)
