Beautiful condos, neighbors can be noisy, especially at night (loud music playing outside very late - I bought a sound machine), good response to service requests, nicely maintained propertiy, some neighbors leave trash everywhere but most don’t.

Upon first moving in, it was empty, then came a surge of tenants to fill. Quality went down but as of recently has gotten much better in the 3 years I have been there. Responsive mgmt, good maintenance. Has become a very safe neighborhood to be in. Great schools just a short walking distance. Best in district I feel. Would definitely recommend to families. Permanently fix garbage area being so dirty if would be 5 starrs

I absolutely love this neighborhood and highly recommend it. It’s clean, the landscaping is beautiful, and the speed bumps keep traffic slow, making it a safe place for kids. The school district is also excellent. It’s a wonderful place to live!
