December 21, 2023Blendon Woods Luxury Apartments has been my home for the last 2, going on 3 years. I love the feel of being in the Blendon Woods metro park and the scenery and kind of barrier from the highway that provides. Maintenance is always kind and timely with requests. Apartments are large and feel like a home - not just a small apartment. Perfect location close to Gahanna, New Albany, and downtown Westerville, with super easy highway access and close to both Easton and Polaris shopping malls.Review from Apartments.com
Comfort and Space
June 18, 2021Living here is being at home and not lacking in comfort. Maintenance always answers when we ask. The receptionist at the office was always helpful, even though I didn't know how to exchange a word in English. It is well located and quiet. This is NOT the place If you want to be in a safe community
February 17, 2020No security system in place Car break-ins very frequently . Management doesn’t care about your needs. Pest problem during the summer. Heating problems during the winter. Pool and parking gets used by people who don’t live there .Review from Apartments.com
Great Community
December 3, 2016I lived here from 2006 to 2008, and came back in 2013 to present. It is a great place to live. The apartments are well-maintained, and the property is nicely landscaped. It is surrounded by Blendon Woods Metro Park, so has a feeling of being tucked away, but is so close to highway access. The apartments come in 2 sizes. Both are spacious, and all bedrooms have walk-in closets. There is a lot of storage, including an outdoor storage unit. I feel safe and at home here!Review from Apartments.com
