April 16, 2021Living at Block 17 has been a dream come true. It is the perfect location to be integrated into city life while also accessing an expansive grass park, the waterfront, and a dog park. Sitting on our patio and watching the park come to life everyday has become my favorite pastime.Property Manager Responded

March 31, 2021Block 17 was the place to be for quite sometime. Initially it was a great place to live. Location was spot on given all the coffee shops, restaurants, and parks that are close by. Rooftop was the true gem. The view is one of the best in PDX. It was big enough for a bbq with friends, or a quiet place to end your day. Given all the great things that made me renew my lease three times over, something changed within the past 1-2 years. It seems different now. Its possible that covid just mended the ...way people are in general, but nonetheless it is not the same. Despite the pandemic, the management team has come up with creative ways to keep activities for residents going. The apartment homes themselves are spacious with nice views.
