Great place to live!
April 11, 2022The staff is great! The manager Jessica really cares and they are very attentive to the needs of the residents. Maintenance is quick and Phil is so awesome. The grounds are always clean and they do the best they can do with the parking situation. As long as you follow the rules, it's fine. I will live here until I am ready to buy a house and would recommend this place to friends.Property Manager Responded

New resident Unhappy!!!
October 19, 2019Firstly from the first week i moved in my car was keyed over at blu. There was absolutely no help from the leasing office they said that not my problem and even told me it sound domestic. As if that wasn’t bad enough they towed my guest car with no warnings! There is NOT EVEN a tow away sign ! RIDICULOUS!!! Stay away .Property Manager Responded
October 21, 2019We're disappointed to hear of the negative experience you had at our location. We do tell all residents at move in that all guest vehicles must be registered to park on the property. We also do advise on our resident portal of the instructions on how to register your guest and it is on set on the home page as a reminder. We are sorry that you had this experience, however to make sure that all of our residents living at Blu have a place to park when they arrive home, we must monitor the parking and all guests need to be registered to be on site. If you need clarification of this policy, please let the leasing office know and we can send you out the information again. Falling short of meeting your expectations is not to the standards we strive to achieve, and we humbly ask for the opportunity to make this right. Best Place to live in Fort Lauderdale
October 8, 2019I've been living at the Blu on Marina Mile Blu Apartments for three years now. Its a very peaceful and quiet resort style living. The staff is great and very friendly. Most of the resident are kind and respectful as well. I will continue to renew my lease at the Blu on Marina mile because there is no other leasing apartments that I've experience with such great love and care for residence as the Blu. Mary the leasing office manager is always ready to help with any concern the I may have. Tow happy...
December 26, 2018They tow vehicles with expired registration. Not actually confirming if the car is current. They tow if you have notified the office you are having an issue with getting registered but will have it worked out in a few weeks. May 16, 2017So, my roommate and I have lived here for about 6 months and we love it. Our apartment is practically brand new and everyone always compliments how nice our building is. April 5, 2017The apartments are very spacious. I saw a 1x1.5 and a 2x2, I fell in love! The apartments are kept in almost NEW conditions. The leasing staff was so welcoming and helpful. SEWAGE ERUPTIONS @ BLU
December 14, 2016On a quiet Sunday afternoon, about 50 gallons of RAW SEWAGE and human waste flooded our apt!! NOT from the commode, but from floor drain in laundry closet. 3 other residents also had sewage water erupt from their laundry closets!! 6 months b4 sewage eruption, we had water damage from shower line (internal leak) which seeped through wall destroying my child's box spring (mildew turned carpet and box spring black!!). Staff always out in the office
January 14, 2016It's a small community nothing especially. The only thing they have only 1 staff and he's not always in the office I went trice for 3 days consecutively nobody in the office all the time and then 4th time he was there could not offer any apartments Coz nothing is available as he said so why keep posting online if they don't have availability.Review from Apartments.com
