June 30, 2025I was considering moving into Blu27 Edgewater and went through the application process, but the experience was incredibly frustrating. The management gave me the runaround for weeks—poor communication, conflicting information, and zero accountability. Every time I asked a question, I got vague or dismissive answers. They made promises that were later walked back or never followed up on. It felt like they were just trying to lock me in without being transparent about the building's many issues. ...After doing more research and reading other reviews, I realized I dodged a bullet. If you're thinking about moving here, take the negative reviews seriously. Terrible management and awful building
June 30, 2025This is an extremely terrible building and the management is even worse. Don't believe the good reviews you see there. The management will not care about you at all. TERRIBLE. Maintenance and wifi..
March 28, 2024I've been living here for almost a year now, and there are so many issues in the building that dont get fixed. The bbqs are always broken by the pool, there are only 2 main elevators and one of othem always has an issue, there isn't any wifi in the gym, and there's always pet poop or pee in the hallways, elevators, stairwells etc. OH also you have to pay a tremendous amount to park your cars in the garage and you even get tickets if you park in the electric spot if there are no more regular ...spots available (even if you are paying for it!!). If you have a 2 bedroom apt you should have 2 parking spots available, and perhaps the seconds car at a miniminal of not no additional charge. Instead they charge you even more for the second spot! Everything you need is within walking distance, they constantly keep this building clean, and the management/maintenance team does everything they can to help with your situation! October 30, 2023I came to Blu27 for its proximity to work, and I stay for sense of community and opportunities to network. Management is very responsive. The common area is kept clean by a dedicated staff. It is located in a quiet part of town with certain appartements with view of the Biscayne bay, can walk to park, boardwalk, restaurants, churches and many stores. Can hop on a trolley to Wynwood, the Design District and the Medical District or use Uber. Miami Beach is a short drive away. A bus can take you ...to Aventura for shopping alternative. The recently added guest suite is handy when company exceeds your guest bedroom capacity. The staff takes suggestion to improve it. They do survey frequently. If you walk in Broward, it is a short drive away and can use the express lane. There is not spending your life in traffic.Property Manager Responded
