I have lived here almost 2 years. The hallways are filthy & smell. The back hallways is covered with dead bugs. The only way it gets swept & cleaned is if I do it. The grass only gets cuts maybe once a month. The grass in the back yard is always long.. so I wouldn’t recommend living here if you have a dog or kids that would want to play out back. The washer/dryer are almost always broken. If you have an issue on the weekends it won’t get taken care of till Monday. We have had No hot water the ...
past 2 weekends! The maintenance guy says he’s out of state on the weekend if you text him.. & the landlord won’t respond. As for snow removal.. someone comes in with a plow & drives around the circle.. that’s it. The parking spots don’t get done & you are responsible for any shoveling.. for example if you want a path to the building.. you have to do it... it’s ridiculous. I’ve never lived in such a dirty, unkept building in all my life. One good thing I can say is I do love my apt.
