Egregious yearly rent increases
August 4, 2023Mostly decent place to live, the HVAC system is incapable of keeping the upstairs cold in the summer which wasn’t great. Real issue is %10-%15 rent incenses every yearProperty Manager Responded

I didn’t get what I paid for
February 20, 2021Lots of maintenance issue. I didn’t live in peace when i was renting the unit. The problems appeared after just two weeks of residing in the unit. Leaks from the bathroom on the upper floor has been an issue for a non-reasonable duration of time. I can tell its not a good place to work from home. So much noise and people coming in and out to fix the problem. Windows were not made well, the first floor was covered of water when it rained heavy- this happened twice. Also, the wood in the wooden ...floor was not properly installed. Floors of living, dining, kitchen were popping out and they had reglue and this took several days. When I moved out, they kept my entire deposit to pay for wall repainting and carpet cleaning which I believe they should do anyways for the next renter occupies the unit. Don’t let the great features of the units fool you. I can’t lie and will say that the staff treat you nice, but you still pay so much for what you get.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

April 23, 2014I will always think of ARK as my home, I lived there for more than 4 years, I had the best time of my life, the best neighbors, the staff is like a family, it's been a year since I had to move to another state but I still keep in touch with them, we are thinking of going back in few weeks!! ARK Blue Bell
October 21, 2013I live at ARK now and love it! Maintenance comes ASAP. There is always plenty of parking, which is important because I get home late. I’m a guy so I don’t really mind how big and beautiful the kitchen is, but my girlfriend loves it!. There is a ton of storage space, I have room for all my things. There is even a nice size outdoor storage closet right outside of the front door for my grill and bikes. They are pet friendly which is great because I’ve been thinking about getting a dog. I'm gonna be ...staying here for a while. No complaints!Property Manager Responded
