May 12, 2023 - Review from Apartments.comI’ve loved this place since the day I moved in. I love the high ceilings and the gym :). It’s super quiet here which is a plus and all of the neighbors are very nice . It’s also right near downtown Lenoir which has lots of stores and restaurants.

Management and Maintenance provide quick and courteous response. Grounds and building are kept neat and clean. Awesome gym! Pets allowed! Great neighbors - so many new friends! Fabulous place to live!!
