April 5, 2026The move in process was extremely rocky. However the property is lovely, and the city of Bradenton seems to be exactly what I’m looking for. I’m excited about starting this new chapter in my life while calling Blue Heron home. I’ve only been here two days so unfortunately I don’t have much more to say.Property Manager Responded

March 12, 2026The move in process was a bit shaky at first but with the team work of staff and our household we were able to overcome the obstacles. Once we arrived everything was well laid out and prepared. Great place, great staff and fabulous experience on the way.Review from Apartments.com

January 24, 2026Blue heron is a great community, nice amenities, very good maintenance team, and a very pretty and well maintained area. My only complaint is the parking issue. I wish there were designated parking spots for the residents and a more enforced guest parking space.Property Manager Responded

January 6, 2026Nice complex, well maintained. Only issue is parking is not enforced at all. No designated guest parking so they take up the spots closest to the building. Residents have multiple commercial business vehicles plus personal vehicles. You basically have to park at the front of the complex and walk all the way back to your building.Property Manager Responded
