Beautiful, Clean, and Worth It

This apartment complex is definitely on the higher end, but the benefits due to the price tag are worth it. The apartment amenities are plentiful (I love a dishwasher, and full washer/dryer are fantastic), alongside with what the community has going on (pool, pickleball/tennis courts, walking trails, ect.). My apartment was already very clean and set up nicely before I even moved in, and the few things I needed to get maintenance requests in for were done in an afternoon! I also wanted to ...
shoutout Janisse especially, as she was my leasing agent that helped me get this whole thing together! She has been nothing but kind and helpful, and I owe the fantastic experience of moving in to her. If you are looking for a nice, upscale apartment with plenty of amenities and a fantastic leasing team to boot, I would 100% recommend Blue Heron!

Overall nice apartment. Maintenance has good customer service and does what they can. Customer service in the front office leaves more to be desired though. The pool is nice and the gym is okay. Rent is a little high for the apartment we live in.

The 1st year was great, when they change management crew ,I started notice some different. But it was very nice experience. I enjoy it. People's who have Dog needed to clean up after the dog ??

I’ve only just gotten my keys but the journey to this point has been seamless and amazing. Robin was sent from heaven and I am so thankful we got the opportunity to work with her to get us here. The office staff and the few I’ve had the pleasure of meeting have been so welcoming. VERY minor issues with unit were addressed and fixed within 24 hours. I feel we have made the right choice with Blue Heron. I can’t wait to be settled and I’m so excited to start taking advantage of the amenities!!!! ...

Rough getting in, disappointing communication from specific staff. I love the apartment and the amenities are great but I never get to use them.. as someone who usually gets off of work at 5pm and has to drive quite a bit home it’s like half of the amenities aren’t there because it’s locked but the time I get home.

I lived here for two years, and it has been a great experience. Price for sqft was good, amenities were great, and maintenance responds quickly to all requests! Lack of community events and high staff turnover, but a great place to live!

Community is great but the staff is terrible! Not professional at all!! They should concentrate on fixing problems instead of doing videos and be on top of helping and getting back to the residents!!

Yes it is resort style living- very nice. Maintenance is excellent, and money goes back into the community. Robin is great if you’re planing to move in.
