January 24, 2026Blue heron is a great community, nice amenities, very good maintenance team, and a very pretty and well maintained area. My only complaint is the parking issue. I wish there were designated parking spots for the residents and a more enforced guest parking space.Property Manager Responded

January 22, 2026So far, after about 2 weeks in the community, I am absolutely loving my tenancy at Blue Heron! January 22, 2026So far, everyone has been incredibly warm and friendly. Office staff have made the application and move in process as easy as it can be. The other residents are friendly and welcoming. I feel safe in this area and community. I love it!Review from Apartments.com

January 6, 2026Nice complex, well maintained. Only issue is parking is not enforced at all. No designated guest parking so they take up the spots closest to the building. Residents have multiple commercial business vehicles plus personal vehicles. You basically have to park at the front of the complex and walk all the way back to your building.Property Manager Responded
