January 24, 2026Blue heron is a great community, nice amenities, very good maintenance team, and a very pretty and well maintained area. My only complaint is the parking issue. I wish there were designated parking spots for the residents and a more enforced guest parking space.Property Manager Responded

January 6, 2026Nice complex, well maintained. Only issue is parking is not enforced at all. No designated guest parking so they take up the spots closest to the building. Residents have multiple commercial business vehicles plus personal vehicles. You basically have to park at the front of the complex and walk all the way back to your building.Property Manager Responded
