HIGH RENT FOR SUBPAR PROPERTY
August 2, 2025Property was developed in a nature that shows money grab. Garages are available for apartment tenants, but not enough for all units. Cheap materials were used in construction, basic appliances installed into the units. Landscaping is terrible. Standing water in grassy areas, parking is limited. Disabled vehicles take up parking spaces. With the high rent, I’m expecting high quality units and common spaces. The quality of the gym and pool area is below what it should be, especially when rent is ...this high. This property should have been all apartments or all townhomes, not both. Here’s to hope new property management can turn this property around.Property Manager Responded

Great place Great Price
March 26, 2023This apartment complex is brand new. Nice amenities and staff. Understand there will be construction around as other buildings are built. Lived here for 1 year and is in a great location. Inside of building is kept clean and large parking lot.Property Manager Responded

Lots of Problems
August 21, 2022When I first moved in I was promised many different things as amenities. None of those have been completed in 4 months. My AC has stopped working 4 times and this last time it stopped working, it has yet to be fixed and it's been a month, at some times it was almost 82 degrees. The apartment was dented and lots of things were in bad shape when I moved in. It was a new build when I moved in. The apartment manager does not care.Property Manager Responded
