    Zero stars, don't recommend. My daughter put in a maintenance request 3 weeks ago because the garage door opener head inside her garage was blinking, obviously a short or something going on. Nothing has been done. Idaho state law says non emergency requests need to be addressed in 3-5 days. Today, it won't open with the clicker they provide. Changed batteries, still doesn't open. Car locked inside, she has to work soon and has school tomorrow. Called emergency line, and are told it's not an ...
    emergency and basically too bad, will wait til Monday. Not the first time we've had issues similar to this. All they care about is $, definitely don't care about the residents.
