I have complained several times about the promised parking spot thats agreed to per the lease, and they just tell me they are working on it and then that they are not towing cars without permits( even tho stated in the lease cars w o permits will be towed tenantts only parking) because they dont have to, so all the other people without a pass parking in the lot cause the people with a spot to have no where to park and they dont care, but u cant break a lease even tho each tentant is promised a ...
parking spot but they again dont care. they are unprofessional and don't follow their own rules.

These new apartments are in a great location, have excellent amenities (washer and dryer, thank you!) and are priced competitively. What stands out to me though is the Excellent Customer Service and Communication. Responses are prompt, thoughtful, helpful and accurate. Thank you for caring and serving!
