    I’m convinced they have friends leaving reviews. These apartments are overpriced. I’ve had the worst experience since I’ve lived here from the staff to the walls being thin & hearing my neighbors argue to marijuana smell coming underneath my door. It’s like living in a dorm. My fiancé and I moved here while I was pregnant and will be so grateful once our lease is up and we can get away from here.

    Maintenance is quick to fix any problem. They keep the property neat & landscaped. The issue of dog poop everywhere is mostly solved. They have someone come by often to pick it up. Staff is eager to solve any issues. I've never had a pest issue here (been here for 6 months). I have no serious complaints. My minor complaints: the kitchen cabinet shelves are not all stable. The hot water doesn't always last the entirety of my shower.

  • Nice and new but that’s about it

    Only good thing about the place is how nice and new it is. And the pool. Everything else is awful. From the dog poop everywhere, neighbors who smoke in a non smoking complex, neighbors who install cameras that face directly at your door and refuse to take it down until you threaten to take corporate action. They will also charge you outrageous final move out fees on top of the large deposit received for a pet. Just be cautious of the nice and new appeal, it’s not worth it.
