AVOID THIS COMPLEX. I would strongly discourage anyone from signing a lease here.
The final straw for me was having my vehicle TOWED after my parking pass was apparently deleted from their system. This happened the day after I spoke with the office and was told they needed to “re-do my welcome checklist.” Despite this, management has refused to reimburse me for the tow. Their system/account issue became my financial problem, and they have shown zero accountability for it.

There have been bugs around the property and hornet nests on the buildings that I have seen go unaddressed. There is also a weak fence separating the complex from three Longhorn cattle. The fence failed one night, and the cattle got through and wandered around the apartment complex for HOURS.
Mistakes and maintenance issues happen. What matters is how management handles them. Based on my experience, the response here is to avoid responsibility and leave residents dealing with the consequences.
After the towing situation especially, I have completely lost confidence in this property and its management. If you're considering moving here, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. I wish I had.
