  • Great Apartment & Price for Living In the Clearwater!!!

    Baycove is a great place to rent an apartment! For the price and spacious layouts you aren’t gonna find anything like it in the Clearwater Area! Most places are double the price and a lot smaller! Overall the grounds and community has improved significantly and the staff is Amazing! Jacquie, Jeffrey And Anthony always goes above and beyond!!! Ask for Jeffrey to rent your next apartment at Baycove!

    Jackie came in and completely redid this community! She has such a kind and understanding heart! She and the rest of the team is absolutely amazing not to mention the maintenance! As we know know maintenance is needed and underrated at most communities but here the maintenance is amazing and on top of every order immediately Anthony the maintenance manager makes sure himself everything is done and done the right way! Very pleased with my home and the team that keeps this place together

    So I have lived her for 3+ years and once the new management took over they literally did just that “took over” They are doing landscaping, doing same day repairs, excellent customer service just overall amazing people! They actually treat you like a human and not just another dollar! I have nothing but amazing things to say about Jackie,carry,Jeff,Anthony and gene when I tell you amazing good hearted individuals!

  • Can I Give a -100 Review?

    This is one of the worst apartment complexes. For the price you pay in rent, you can get a much better apartment for the same price. Bugs EVERYWHERE. Rats. This place is UNBELIEVABLE. I will say that the flooring in nice, but that's about it. It says there is a dog park - honestly haven't seen one since being here. It says there are three pools - have never seen one being used. Laundry rooms are disgusting. I could go on and on and on. But ya know what, go ahead and rent here. I'll let you be the ...

    I'm not big on reviews but I felt like I had to review my new apartment. I moved here from NC. Brandon was a complete professional. I could not have felt more welcome. He was so thorough and explained everything with ease. Moving from another state I needed more info that I'm sure other do. When we wen to look at the actual apartment I could not believe it. The property was nice but I didn't expect the level of upgrades the apartment would have. The kitchen was soooo nice. Quartz counter tops ...
    were amazing. I love the plank flooring. I got a town home and the space is great. The pools are very nice and they just got new pool furniture. I wasn't sure about the W/D in the bedroom but it has been very handy! So if your looking for a super nice place at a decent price rent here!

  • not worth your money

    they don't do what they say. we currently live here and they keep raising and lowering the rent so we never know what we pay. the maintenance hasn't came to fix a leak we had. some people were told they could move in but no they had to wait 2 weeks to move in. there are cops out here every other night. always smells like pot. its not a kid friendly place. the park i can't even get in the swing and im 5"6. i have to lift my little sister up who is 2, to get on the play set.

    There is disgusting water that stinks coming out of all our apartments. The manager is the worst. They do not fix things, in a timely manner. Cars get towed if you live here or not, your guests too. I would not move here. I’m happy to leave soon. They have a bug pond pool too. This is a nasty place.

    Unfortunately within the 2 months of living at this location there is a major leak. Office persons did not handle it professionally whatsoever. My a/c is just literally breezing through the rafters. There is a giant 5 foot by 2 foot hole in my ceiling.
