Management was so helpful in my moving in process and giving me the run down on everything I needed to know. My apartment itself is clean, has a great view, and is in a quiet and safe neighborhood. They always give the dogs treats. The pool is a great amenity to have. They kept it well maintained and up to par. They’ve don’t great with new ideas like a bench in the dog park and keeping the ground work up. Nick helps with maintenance and is very quick and efficient. They always work around your schedule. I have been here for 2+ yrs and its the perfect place for military members, close to base but still separate so as to not deal with any issues or drama on it but also just the best distance from all the stores and downtown. Emily is the BEST super helpful throughout the whole application/move in process! Put in a maintenance ticket and they took care of the issue next day! Perfect Affordable Community
November 2, 2020 - Review from Apartments.comI moved in with my pet in April 2020 and my roommate followed shorty after. The management office was extremely helpful when we were initially thinking of moving in by sending us the floor plan and dimensions of the place to help us really know what we were getting into. Application was easy and COVID friendly. Once we moved in the place was just as advertised in the pictures. It was a 15 minute drive to MCAS New River and Cap Lejeune was maybe 5-10 minutes away. Chick fil a right around the ...corner, which was also on the main road where any chain restaurant you could think of was on. Neighborhood was quiet, safe, and friendly. Perfect for walks or runs. Park was about 1.5-2 miles away. Beach 30-35 minutes away. Management office was very helpful if we had a work order in and was transparent about any work they did around the community. They had small charcoal grills outside near picnic tables for bbqs. Occasionally on weekend you’d hear a few loud cars but nothing crazy loud that would impede you from enjoying your day/night. A lot of military air traffic overhead so you can see and hear them fly over. Only downside was that it was tough to move in/out something like a couch or bed because of the tight squeeze between the front door and the door to the outside closet.Read More
