2023 new move in
March 4, 2023Moved here early 2023. Been here about a week now and so far so good! No insects or anything. Emily is the BEST super helpful throughout the whole application/move in process! Put in a maintenance ticket and they took care of the issue next day! Hopefully that stays that way because that was impressive to me! Perfect Affordable Community
November 2, 2020I moved in with my pet in April 2020 and my roommate followed shorty after. The management office was extremely helpful when we were initially thinking of moving in by sending us the floor plan and dimensions of the place to help us really know what we were getting into. Application was easy and COVID friendly. Once we moved in the place was just as advertised in the pictures. It was a 15 minute drive to MCAS New River and Cap Lejeune was maybe 5-10 minutes away. Chick fil a right around the ...corner, which was also on the main road where any chain restaurant you could think of was on. Neighborhood was quiet, safe, and friendly. Perfect for walks or runs. Park was about 1.5-2 miles away. Beach 30-35 minutes away. Management office was very helpful if we had a work order in and was transparent about any work they did around the community. They had small charcoal grills outside near picnic tables for bbqs. Occasionally on weekend you’d hear a few loud cars but nothing crazy loud that would impede you from enjoying your day/night. A lot of military air traffic overhead so you can see and hear them fly over. Only downside was that it was tough to move in/out something like a couch or bed because of the tight squeeze between the front door and the door to the outside closet.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

September 19, 2018I lived there for a total of almost 3 years and was a great tenant. I moved out and didn’t my final inspection and they said they’d send me my security deposit back in the mail. Instead they sent me a bill for $730 to try and get me to replace a small patch of carpet that my dog messed up that they knew about and said it’d be $75 maxiumum out of my security deposit.
