It’s in a convenient location, making it really easy to get to class, access professors during office hours, be more involved in student activities, and utilize the various resources on campus. You will have access to all opportunities to develop deeper connections, make life-long friends, and create lasting memories- All at competitive rates that are often below the local rates for off-campus housing, and includes all utilities! Blumel Hall is just one of our affordable housing options. We also have room types starting at $743 per month (all utilities included). Email us to learn more about your housing options today. We are open for emails and phone calls from 9am - 5pm, and for in-person inquiries from 12:30pm-1:30pm. Housing Tours are only being offered from 11:45am -12:45pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday. BLUMEL HALL IS ONLY OPEN TO CURRENT PORTLAND STATE UNIVERSITY STUDENTS ENROLLED IN 8 UNDERGRADUATE AND 4 GRADUATE CREDITS.
