Hot tub is broke

Expensive apartments, poorly managed
October 13, 2023When you sign a lease here you understand that it is expensive, however you expect things to run smoothly in such a high-end complex. Maintenance requests get closed without anything being fixed, gates don’t work, there’s no way to grant access to family or pet-sitters, and there is very little understanding for people who work longer hours than the office is open. Very disappointed with the value provided and will be moving when my lease is up.Property Manager Responded

Great Property!
January 10, 2023We’ve been living here for the past 10 months and this property is beautiful. The amenities are lovely especially the pool area. It gives vacation vibes. The staff in the leasing office are always there to help. Kevin, Mayra and Paulina makes you feel welcomed. Luis the assistant manager and Nifa the property manager do an amazing job. Beautiful, safe, well managed
December 19, 2022Love this apartment complex! The entire facility is gated (gates are electronic, so while they’re easy to maneuver for us, they also provide added security I didn’t find at other complexes). The grounds are clean, quiet, and beautiful. There is ample garage parking - I’ve never had to worry about getting a great spot near my unit, regardless of the time I’ve gotten home from work. I’ve had zero issues with noise, this is probably one of the quietest apartments I’ve ever been in. The unit itself ...is gorgeous. No carpet, huge island I can sit 3-4 people at, stainless appliances, big beautiful bathrooms with massive tubs, dishwasher and garbage disposal, washer/dryer, quick hookups for internet and even a built in alarm system! The complex has a brand new package system by LuxerOne that makes package pickup a breeze! And finally, the staff is wonderful! I’ve moved my move in date twice, and had more than my share of little questions. They are always happy to accommodate and quick to respond!
