April 28, 2025Great property , close to everything, schools, shopping, restaurants ect... this is also a safe property with a police sub station 200 yards away from the property, the security gate stays closed so you have a feeling of being in a safe environment. I would recommend this property to anyone, I been here about 6 years. The residents are respectful and it is a quiet property. Great place to live.Property Manager Responded

December 13, 2024Boardwalk Walk Research always exceeds expectation in professionalism and timeliness of handling issues that may come up from time to time. Management is always there to handle anything that comes up. Mantianance staff is very courteous, professional and timely.
