Rat Infestation
February 19, 2024This is place is full of rats, They have ruined my couches my clothes and shoes! They have been eating food in the pantries and you hear them all night in the walls and ceilings. Management charges all sorts of crazy fees plus pest control charges! They do nothing to fix this problem, I have made copies of the 15 different maintenance complaints regarding this issue. They send over only the grounds guys to put up cages they will not get an exterminator. Residents Being Charged Over Billing Errors
January 14, 2024The current management company charges residents late fees over their own errors. When they first took over, no information was given to existing residents about how to contact the new management or where to pay rent. When I did get in contact with them, they tried to charge late fees because rent had not been paid on time. This company also erroneously applied a check that I sent them to another resident's rent. Although the correct unit number was printed on the check, they applied it to a ...unit where I had previously lived. This month, they posted a water bill late, on the second of the month, and are threatening all residents with late fees if they do not make another payment to cover the water bill. Don’t move here
April 5, 2020I’ve lived here for 3 years and then rent continues to go up but the amenities and customer service are dwindling. The units are old and infested with rats in the ceilings. The water gets shut off almost once per week.Property Manager Responded

I have reviewed our service log and did not find any pest control request for your unit I will gladly put you on the list as they are out every Friday. I would love to speak with you about any other issues you are having I would like your living experience with us here to be a positive one. Amenities have been the same since you have moved in I would like to hear suggestions on how we can improve the amenities. We do apologize for the water shut off we try to minimize and schedule once a week with pending plumbing issues with a 24 hour notice to residents however emergencies do arise and require water shut off without 24 hourt notice. We have an open-door policy for resident concerns please feel free to stop in or schedule an appointment.
