My wife and I have lived at Orchard Crest for the past few months, and I can genuinely say that I'm satisfied with our decision on moving here. First off, the location is in a good spot. It's close to my job, and since my wife is a stay at home mom, it's nice that there are a variety of parks near by that she can take the children. decently sized. Third off, we like the amenities that we can enjoy only steps away from our apartment. With the hot weather that we have been having, the pool has been nice to cool down in and have the kids play in. I do wish that there was a hot tub though. It might seem like a little thing, but it's relaxing to sit in after a long day at work. Fourth, the fireplace in the apartment helps add that "homey" cozy feel to the apartment, and the cabinets (even though they are older) help bring color and warmth to the apartment as well. It's not a brand new apartment, but if your are on a budget, there are things that you need to sacrifice -- like not having granite countertops and stainless steal appliances.
Fifth, we love the community around us and all the friends we have made here. My wife even borrowed some laundry detergent the other day from our next door neighbors. I wish everyone the same experience that we have had.
