June 23, 2025Living at Boca Arbor Club has been great. The complex is well maintained, the office is polite and knowledgeable and maintenance responds immediately if/when needed. The community is full of families and there is no noice, ruckus or pet debris. It's lovely to see kids playing and folks walking around the lake with their dogs. It's a great place for work from home professionals because it's quiet and calm. The pool and gym are nice. The units are fairly updated, all in all this is likely one of ...the best options for rent in Boca Del Mar. If I were to say it lacked anything I'd say it would be nice to have red light therapy, a cold plunge, Jacuzzi to compete with East Boca rentals but it's a fantastic place to live.Property Manager Responded

The grounds are well kept, and there's plenty of garbage cans around, as well as bags to pick up dog waste which makes things more pleasant for everyone. I love the lake and how you can walk around it. The pool clean and well maintained. There is never time of day where you can't find the seat at the pool.
