If an appliance breaks here they will have you wait an entire month to fix it and they will not respond to any phone calls or emails. Fantastic area but I’ve never seen a community run this poorly it’s unacceptable. Will NOT be renewing and I would advise anyone looking at this community to steer clear. My family and I have contacted their office on multiple occasions to fix the issue and it is still the same. The price is not worth it. They also have roaches. So if you care about your family, do not move here.
