Stay away
August 27, 2021Save your money and consider any other community in the area. If an appliance breaks here they will have you wait an entire month to fix it and they will not respond to any phone calls or emails. Fantastic area but I’ve never seen a community run this poorly it’s unacceptable. Will NOT be renewing and I would advise anyone looking at this community to steer clear. This is a terrible place to live

RATS, MOUSES, BUGS, SNAKES
July 14, 2021If I could give a 0 star I would but then I wouldn’t be able to leave this review to help you all out. DO NOT MOVE HERE. Mouse, Rats infestation, roaches, bugs near the windows. The office people does nothing about it. Multiple complaints. Even asked the neighbors if their experiencing the same thing and they are. DO NOT MOVE HERE. Think of your health, your family’s health. This apartment complex has RATS
July 7, 2021Please beware, this apartment complex has rodents. My family and I have contacted their office on multiple occasions to fix the issue and it is still the same. The price is not worth it. They also have roaches. So if you care about your family, do not move here. I also spoke with some neighbors and they are also experiencing the same issues so do not let them convince you it’s just one of the apartments.Property Manager Responded

January 31, 2020Painted over mold in apartments. STAY AWAY! Called to inform apartment of the mold problem and was told it was not an issue. produced certified report proving it was an issue, no action taken, no phone calls returned. No longer living there. Paid to have it inspected by certifiend pros: SAMPLES TAKEN: • Air Sample Living room/Kitchen (Results : Elevated ) • Swab Sample Air supply vent in dining room (Results :HIGH) • Dining room air Duct : Reveled Visible Fungal Growth, And Elevated Mold spores ...count. February 10, 2020Dear Mr. Maxfield, We are sorry to hear that your residency with us was not up to your standards. We did have a professional come into your apartment and inspect it for any sign of moisture. The findings state that there were no signs of any moisture in the apartment. In your review you stated that you have fungal growth and elevated mold spores counts. We have photos of the apartment that show there are no signs of any fungal growth nor were there elevated mold spore counts. DON'T MOVE HERE
March 5, 2019The residence is absolute trash. When I moved in the apartment was filthy with trash and stained carpets, but they conveniently have no proof of that so I am being charged for it. There's no parking. Management is not reachable and when they are they say one thing in person and another on paper. If they are there long enough as they are constantly switching out. The apartments themselves are old and deteriorating as the windows leak when it rains hard (we had that repaired three times, it still ...leaked but we gave up). There are so many reasons why this place is not a great place to live but just the customer service alone, or rather lack thereof, should be enough reason to turn your nose. They don't care for their residents and it is simple as that.Property Manager Responded
