Stay away
August 27, 2021Save your money and consider any other community in the area. If an appliance breaks here they will have you wait an entire month to fix it and they will not respond to any phone calls or emails. Fantastic area but I’ve never seen a community run this poorly it’s unacceptable. Will NOT be renewing and I would advise anyone looking at this community to steer clear. This is a terrible place to live

RATS, MOUSES, BUGS, SNAKES
July 14, 2021If I could give a 0 star I would but then I wouldn’t be able to leave this review to help you all out. DO NOT MOVE HERE. Mouse, Rats infestation, roaches, bugs near the windows. The office people does nothing about it. Multiple complaints. Even asked the neighbors if their experiencing the same thing and they are. DO NOT MOVE HERE. Think of your health, your family’s health. This apartment complex has RATS
July 7, 2021Please beware, this apartment complex has rodents. My family and I have contacted their office on multiple occasions to fix the issue and it is still the same. The price is not worth it. They also have roaches. So if you care about your family, do not move here. I also spoke with some neighbors and they are also experiencing the same issues so do not let them convince you it’s just one of the apartments.Property Manager Responded
