First of all apartment complex is not finished completely but they will charge you for amenities you don’t have yet.
Second of all rent and specials are different from sites to site. Also they offer specials based on … who knows what, different options for different people.
Communication is absolutely not existing. I waited one week for one simple answer which was if I could pay another half of deposit instead on the first on the second of the July. I already signed a lease and paid first half ...
of deposit and trust me they made sure that is complete.
They offer me that option because I needed to wait for a month to finish unit so I could move in.
After I asked for that small favor of one day it’s started….OMG.
And I actually said that I can pay it’s not a problem but it would help me if they can postpone my second part of deposit for one day.
Brandon, who is looks like a middle man saying that management discussing that and he will let me know. I am waiting 7 days !!!!! 7 days for answer and guess what happened!
On day before moving in when I already changed my address. Switched power to new address they said well, owner changed his mind because they start to digging in my background in renting and found filing for eviction!!!! I was never evicted, it was situation when was filed but just per policy and I paid all fees and I am still in the same apartment without problems. No eviction was done or proceeded!!!! And listen to this, now they are asking for extra deposit of $2400!!!
Day before moving in and I was waiting seven!!!!! Seven days for response!!!!
Company is not organized, very unprofessional. I spoke on the phone with management and his way of communication was WOW. No respect. No professional approach.
They don’t care about anything but money.
All that just for one simple question to wait one day for second part of deposit and they just could simply answer yes or no without waiting seven days and treat me like nobody.
I am registered nurse and income will not be a problem.
But remember we are just a numbers. I was treated so poorly and they made me feel so small.
