    The Boca Vue community is not a bad place. The office staff is very helpful and courteous.     Everything from noise, bugs (spiders & ants), to management issues…. I rushed to move in because I didn’t spend more than 5 minutes in one of the units to realize all the construction and management issues. They’re excuse for not having better maintenance is that their neighborhood isn’t even at 40% capacity so they don’t need more maintenance. Meanwhile elevators stench, there are trees of spiderwebs in the hallways, and trash constantly hanging out of the trash and recycling area. Their policy ...

    I have been living at Boca Vue about 2.5 months. The property is nice and spacious and the apartment units are reasonable size. Parking is plentiful. The running/walking loop around the lake is 0.5 miles, which is great for a casual walk or exercise. The gym is a bit small, but it works for a community gym. The pool is large and there are games setup and BBQs ready for a whole day with friends. The main reason for the stars is 1) You are required to pay for valet trash, even if you don’t use it ...
    2) Valet trash does NOT include recycles, so you still have to go down to the trash compactor 3) Office staff is not very responsive and you have to guide them through your own application and move-in process 4) Ever since I moved in there has been significant issues with the recycling area and even after 3 complaints, management has failed to address the issue or respond to my complaints (NOTE: I sent them an email asking them to either post rules for recycling or email residents on proper recycling and cleanliness or else I would post a negative review….I They never responded).
