March 10, 2026Living at Boca Winds Apartments has truly been an incredible experience from start to finish. From the very first day, Maja went above and beyond to make sure I found the perfect apartment. She took the time to listen to exactly what I was looking for and made the entire process feel effortless. Her professionalism, patience, and genuine care made such a difference, and it’s clear she truly wants residents to feel happy and at home. The maintenance team deserves just as much recognition, ...especially Junior. He has been amazing—always quick to respond, incredibly friendly, and genuinely committed to making sure everything is taken care of. It’s rare to find someone who takes that much pride in their work, and Junior consistently makes sure residents are comfortable and satisfied. The community itself is absolutely beautiful—well maintained, peaceful, and welcoming. It’s the kind of place you’re proud to call home. Fantastic experience renting here
October 16, 2024Let me start by saying Vicky is the absolute best property manager and Umberto is a wonderful maintenance guy! I have never had a call that wasn’t immediately resolved or any issue that wasn’t tended to quickly. My ac went out and they brought portable ones to make sure I was comfortable through the repair process. The apartments are well maintained and the grounds are as well. Pest control regularly, which is helpful w these florida bugs. Super responsive management team which truly makes ...everything easy and pleasant. The amenities are lovely and most neighbors are respectful and considerate. Definitely recommend this place as someone who never lived in an apt and hasn’t ever lived below or next to someone sharing a wall. 10/10. Wonderful Place to Live!!
February 13, 2024I moved to Boca Winds about a month ago, and I’m so glad I did! The apartments are nice and the appliances are all new. The property manager is extremely responsive, helpful, and kind, so the move-in process was a breeze. It’s a very quiet community, which I appreciate. The location is wonderful — we are across the street from a supermarket, we’re a short walk/bike ride away from the beach, and we are a short drive from anywhere in Delray or in Boca.
