I have called more than 5 times and never got an answer. I set up an online FaceTime meeting at 9 am on the 30th of April, and I was told we would have to reschedule. So I rescheduled for 4 pm, which was the suggested time. I then blocked off my schedule just for the call. It never came and I even called the office just in case I missed something. Then I waited on hold until it told me no one was available. Crazy how I really wanted to live here and they make it almost impossible to get in ...

Seems like you are cutting corners to save money instead of caring for your business or the people the live there, or even the people that are trying to rent with you... Recently I went back because the community really is beautiful, and was blown away by the difference! The office staff is helpful and inviting.
