Parking lot and neighbors were always loud, even at night. Neighbors downstairs would have parties till 4 am. Walls are thin and we could hear people yelling in other units. Parking lot is too small for how many residents the complex carries. My roommates and myself had three cars and only one designated parking spot that other residents would sometimes park in. If we got home late, we would have to drive through the entire parking lot, finding nothing. There were many times I parked in a ...
handicap spot (illegally) because it was the only thing left. As a young female, I did not feel safe parking off the property and walking on late at night, especially so close to Maryvale. The staff in the leasing office gave us attitude at times but I think they meant well. It was a clean apartment and the inside was nice. It was also convenient to have three pools available. The gate keys did not always work to get in however and one time, one of the pools smelled of urine.
