There very understanding at the office they have been very nice shout out to Stephanie and Raven they were every help when I applied here they/maintenance have been on top of any issue I've come across every nice and lots of space for the price I'm paying loving the apartment.

Ive experienced nothing good here, management is always being changed, also maintenance needs to be upgraded due to slow service, Dumpster issues needs to be resolved!!!, Residents fighting for parking, carport needs to be added to all parking lots due to weather and hail damage, rowdy residents need to be evicted, residents leaving trash outside their door for days causing spiders/ roaches and the smell!!!!

Ive been living at the rosemonts for about 7 months now, I have no complaints its quiet in my area the neighbors around me are all friendly everyone pretty much keeps to themselves. The staff in the office are also really nice, helpful and professional!

Worst apartment ever

This property are scams, don’t let the pamphlets trick you , pool is never open nor the phones they never ever answer, they put the phones on off , I been putting work orders since last year and still here we are 2020 and still no microwave! Not to mention the laundry room no windows or lighting at night!

Don’t move here!

These apartments are full of shady people. The laundry room is dirty and rundown. The maintenance and office staff are liars,they’re always giving different prices on rent. The grounds are filthy and the trash dumpsters are always spilling all over to the floor. Not a safe place for children,unless you stay inside all the time. The teens are hanging out smoking marijuana in groups. There has been car and apartment break ins. The security gate will be closed for a couple of weeks,then they’ll ...
break it. Not worth the price of rent,it’s Westside and they’re charging Northside rent. Watch out!
