June 3, 2021 - Review from Apartments.comIve experienced nothing good here, management is always being changed, also maintenance needs to be upgraded due to slow service, Dumpster issues needs to be resolved!!!, Residents fighting for parking, carport needs to be added to all parking lots due to weather and hail damage, rowdy residents need to be evicted, residents leaving trash outside their door for days causing spiders/ roaches and the smell!!!!Property Manager Responded

The maintenance and office staff are liars,they’re always giving different prices on rent. The grounds are filthy and the trash dumpsters are always spilling all over to the floor. Not a safe place for children,unless you stay inside all the time. The teens are hanging out smoking marijuana in groups. There has been car and apartment break ins. The security gate will be closed for a couple of weeks,then they’ll ...break it. Not worth the price of rent,it’s Westside and they’re charging Northside rent.
